LG or Philips Plasma TV, which is better?

We're buying a new TV and are torn between Philips or LG. Which would you recommend?


Answers:    I would recommend Phillips, although they would be ever so slightly more expensive you go and get what you pay for, the element is much better and less possible to have problems.
obtain a LCD a plasma has to be recharged every so habitually and it is not cheap also the screen get very hot not suitable if you have small children
