Does anyone know where on earth is the service focal point for thomson/RCA?
not sure if its still under warranty, suspect that the picture tube desires to be replaced ..
Answers: Good luck, They have gypped the service centers so much, they are losing authorized service centers vanished, and right. All this since the Chinese took over. We have a contract next to them they have breached, and I am on them hot and filling to pay up, or bring back out.
They arbitrarily cut my labor rates to less than 1/2 of what our contract call for. I have stopped doing warranty work for them until this is straightened out, if it ever get straightened out.
I am holding two flat panel LCD sets so far, and let the customer do adjectives the talking when they can't pick up their repaired set unless I draw from paid, any by the customer, or RCA. That has their attention, let's see if RCA will honor their contract immediately!
I also have three awaiting repair, I am holding sour until they pay what our contract call for.

EDIT: I can't even achieve our field service mediator by phone anymore, emails have gone overlooked. They are on the greasy track right into the toilet, as far as I am concerned.
