My westinghouse lcd hdtv is giving me green static build up?

the static used to come and go but in a minute it seems irretrievable. i don't know if it's my outlet or not or i have to embezzle it to a repair shop. please give me some solutions.

Answers: Is your TV save showing greenish image instead of obedient color? If yes it's time for the repair shop. Something wrong with the LVDS beneficiary board.
