Can't return with a picture on my HDTV. What's wrong near my set up?
The cable is a Monster M series M1000DAV HDTV HDMI Cable, which delivers up to 1080p next to 32 bit colour.
When connected the HDMI chanel plays the PS3 audio but does not show a picture.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong next to my set up?
Have I got the wrong cable?
Is it compatable?

Answers: My experience have been that this is a problem next to the internal settings of both the TV and the PS3. Make sure the PS3 is sending 1080 i or p and the TV is receiving 1080 i or p. That notwithstanding, your cable is fine, save a bit of overkill for this specific application. Rest assured the problem is not the cable.
Also, try searching The Google previously calling for 'customer service' from either company. 'Forums' online can be a lifesaver.
