A black box (size similar to setup menu) appears and stays contained by on my JVC TV blind. Any solutions?

The black box used to disappear after the setup was over but in a minute it stays while the setup text go away. The problem occurs when we view cable TV and not when the DVD or VCR are connected. Please help!
