Isn't the TV supposed to come with a remote? Take it pay for to the store and get one that isn't missing stuff.

Otherwise, ring up the manufacturer of the TV and ask them roughly speaking ordering an extra remote. Their phone number (if not website) should be contained by the manual.
If you be sold the TV as brand new next to a remote you should go support to the store in request for information with your tally. If you were sold it as minus the remote then you would a moment ago need to take a universal remote which is compatible.
