I dropped my comcast digital remote last darkness and now it no longer functions. The cable button flashes continuously, but specifically the only sign of natural life. Changing the batteries have no affect. Is this fixable or should I just replace it?
Answers: Most Comcast office will replace a broken remote control free of charge. You can try removing the batteries for more or less 10 minutes and see if it makes a difference when you put the battery back contained by. However, after the batteries one out that long, you would have to reprogram your tv code. Good luck.
