TV Picture Problem?

My TV has just now been have a problem with the picture, for example, the face on the screen own an oblonged look, the peoples foreheads look real ample and oblong.
Does anyone know what the problem might be and more importantly how much would it cost to have something close to this serviced. The TV is a standard CRT 32" Toshiba, not a LCD or Plasma.

Thanks

Answers:    I actually basically repaired my 31" Toshiba with a similar problem. It be a bad capacitor (1uF) contained by the vertical circuit. There are a couple around the output circuit that will give trouble. I can't bequeath you a price because I fixed it myself, however I'd guess somewhere in the $50-$75 stock.
Sounds like one of the lenses is out of alignment. I would be cheaper to replace the TV. In spring of 2009 adjectives TV signals will be in HD (Read around it in the contact below). So it would be your best bet to upgrade your TV now fairly than lose the money on fixing it.
