Hey I have a LG 32LC7D specifically about 1 month older. The last couple of days whenever i turn the tv on it take about 1 min to show a picture. Just back it starts the screen go bright purple then a loud crack sounds. That last for a breif second then everyday transmisson commences except that the settings are reset to its factory settings. Plz Help!
Answers: That isn't good....Loud Cracks indicate RAMPANT High voltage....and if it get out into the MICRO....you'll be hurting.
Get it to your Nearest LG / Zenith authorized service center right away for warranty repair....Make sure you make a copy of your purchase reciept for them.
Transport it surrounded by the box if you can, or just wrap a quilt around it and protect the FRONT....Those LCD Panels are fragile.
