I bought today a NEW SONY GRAND WEGL Projection TV KDF-42E2000 and after I found at home that this Tv has a BIG white spot 5" long on the screen. Then I called to Sony CUSTOMER SERVICE 1-800-222-7669 and SONY service refused to exchange TV for other new one . What I can do now?

You and every one who owns a projection TV has this same "problem". This big white spot is the light being reflected off the mirror inside the TV against the back of the projection surface. This is not a defect. The amount or intensity of the white spot varies according to the amount of light striking the TV face and then the mirror.
