hi, i have had Verizon Fios for months. sometimes i can use guide and flip through the channels, but a lot of the times it gets jammed on a channel. i cant use the remote or the box to change channels, but in a few weeks it can turn back.

Hi, I am a Fios technician. I have not seen this problem but have heard about it. Schedule an appointment with Verizon to get you a new set top box. When the tech gets there ask him to use his meter to make sure that the signal at that box is in a good range. Overall it's probably the box that is giving you problems. Enjoy your service.
