What is the digital TV switch thats going to begin surrounded by 2009?

All broadcast channel will switch from analog to digital. Old TV sets will not be able to achieve a signal unless a converter box is plugged in. The organization is going to give out coupons for $40.00 to facilitate people buy these boxes. If you own satelite, or cable you will not have a problem. If you use your ripened antenna, you must have the converter box.
