How do you fix a 20 year-old TV that's be used so much that when you turn it on . . .?

I've had this TV for a while and very soon when I go to turn it on, the picture is remarkably short and everythings cut off by abot 1/8 of its average size. I've heard cases of this back, but if anyone knows how to fix it I'd greatly appreceiate it.
