How to produce a direct tv transformer work next to a 9v mobile?

I was told that you can create direct tv work with a 9 v battery-operated through the transformer


Answers:    You might get a TV to work from an inverter which converts 12 volts DC to 220vac .
Never hear of 9 volts being used though , 12 volts may be if set is designed to run on 12 volts DC , within a few of those around usually small screens though
