My tv is on the fritz and the screen cuts itself in half and fuzzes one part up.What should i do?

It's time for a new TV.
you can tape shows off it and watch them on a different tv, but that tv is broken and you need to get a new one.

Well, If it was 10 maybe 15 years ago i would say take it to the TV repair man. They used to have those but honestly I don't believe they exsist anymore. If it truly is your tv that is messed up and not say an antenna, or you hooked your cable up wrong... then you will have to get a new one!
if it's really old, throw it out and go get yourself a nice LCD HD flat screen tv. don't mind the prices, just spoil yourself with one.
