My TV has switched from digital to analogue by itself and I cant switch it back too digital what is the prob?

If you look around the back and front of the TV or digital box you should see a little button protruding . It will be marked -reset. push it in , this should reset the digital detector. Good luck.
Phone the shop where you brought the box/tv from and ask them, it sounds like a technical fault.
Check all your Scart leads are pushed home, make sure your digital box is turned on, then flick through the AV channels. I think you are looking for Digital on your RF ( Aerial standard channels) it probably isn't there so use the AV facility on the television remote, keep pushing it until digital comes up. If that doesn't work, the box may be faulty.
