The Picture is blury ... when I press test... the green cross is in the middle but the blue and red are not center. This makes the picture with red and blue outlines.. please help.. does anyone know how to fix this.. is so list the steps I am a quick learner

You need to replace IC8A0 and IC8A1. Then you need to perform a complete convergence alignment. This is provided that the ICs didn't take out any fuses or fusible resistors. In order to do this properly and avoid disastrous results, I would suggest getting at least 6 months of training, the necessary equipment, and a VS412 manual. Your chances of obtaining those things are practically nil. Now then, why would you want to repair a 20+ year old projection TV who's CRTs are well beyond their life expectancy? Throw the thing away and avoid the heartaches of trying to resurrect something that should have been put out to pasture long ago.
