If you own an HDTV arranged (ie no built contained by tuner) can you use an HD DVD player or do you also obligation a tuner?

Have a Hitachi HDTV ready backside projection tv. We do not have a tuner (just use adjectives cable). If we were to return with an HD DVD player would we have to buy anything else to see the movies surrounded by HD?


Answers:    No. You do not need a tuner to survey HD-DVDs.

Ideally you'll have an HDMI port on your tube, but if you don't you can use Component and still achieve HD.
