Pioneer big eyeshade TV. No Video!?
It worked perfect for in the region of 2 weeks then the Video go out again.
Can anyone tell me the problem? and if it is worth fixing?

Answers: As a repair center, we have have alot of experience on those older pioneers. What we own found was broken solder joint on all the boards. Every single board will stipulation to be re-soldered.
Back then Pioneer be trying to use a different kind of solder makeup for environment sakes to use on the boards instead of tradition leaded solder.
Since in that are thousands of joints, it IS repairable, and it take ALOT (about 6 hours) of time to do it so most of teh time the repairs cost about $500. Other than that, those models are especially good and reliable, it will be apposite as new.

Have you looked at your connecting wires? It perchance your wiring.
One if the wires are messed up surrounded by the line or if the nouns to tv or where it is coming from. The TV may be ok.
It is a guess. Don't know for sure.
This answer is a cheap fix, check the deep-seated things first before expecting big bills.
yo Stacy 1.) UNPLUG THE UNIT!! Remove the posterior, carefully used compressed air(small can @Walmart in computer asse., use the heavens to blow bust and dirt off the computer boards, BE CAREFUL NOT TO TOUCH/BUMB anything! There is still power storage surrounded by the back, but verbs everything, check the wireing etc.etc. replace the back and plug it surrounded by let it set for a hours of daylight, and try to play it again, good luck!! I work on computers this passageway, and sometimes (lo0ngshot) it works!!
