My 3yr. old t.v. has lines across the top of the screen. they aren't there if look at a dvd or play the ps2

when you look at a dvd or ps2 do you hit video? if not then its your cable thats fucked up. if so then that video lines fuckedup and change ur cable to a different video line.
since its not there when you run a DVD or a video game it means that what ever your trying to watch the signal cant come through if its cable/satellite there could be a problem with the wiring if its not either you need a new antenna
