Would this plasma TV turn awesome beside my XBOX 360, and Panasonic DVD player next to surround nouns?

was more proper for the TV....

Personally I wouldn't buy one for the sole certainty they are NOT a Serviceable TV set...If it breaks, you can't fix it without parts and that's what I see a LACK OF......Parts!

So I'd hang about until I could get a KNOWN brand mark that's been around for 20 years or more.....
I individually bought a 42 inc Hitachi Plasma tv and connected my 360 elite xbox surrounded by it. I can't complain for the price and it just looks awesome playing on it I presume a 50 inch would be to big to play video games in it. Again that's basically my personal opinion. They give this plasma t.v great ratings. You can't go wrong beside Hitachi
