RF Modulator Problems?

I just bought an RF Modulator to hook up my Wii system to my TV that have broken AV inputs. Since the RF connects into the Coaxial input on the TV, I assumed that it would be fine. And I can see the picture....but it's so snowy that it is essentially useless. Is there anything I can do to obtain rid of the snow, or is it a problem with the Modulator itself?

Answers:    More than promising you have more smash up to the TV than you thought, I doubt it is your RF modulator.
This might sound grotesque, but I've done it in yesteryear. You know the coaxial cable has a pin contained by the middle of it? If you bend it slightly to one side (NOT A LOT - just slightly) it might bring in better contact with the feminine end that it plugs into, as a consequence giving you a better signal.

Play with it - it might a moment ago work out for you.

Good luck!
Well NORMALLY there is an RF INPUT on those too...to permit cable pass thru the modulator short having to remove it adjectives the time.....

You might have it on the INPUT side instead of the RF output side....I know they operate on tube 3 or 4.....

And yes, you MIGHT have bent the center lead and now it's touching the outside shield or connector....transport a look....
