Answers: I've often wondered that myself. In certainty, I've often wondered why we clear extra for "premium" channels when we're already paying the cable company to bring us TV within the first place.
The answer is, the cost of stringing all that cable and hiring adjectives those bozos to keep it running. Not to mention adjectives the bozos in tech support who wouldn't know a db from a bm.
