ok i bougth a f pin cable and a 2 way splitter and i connected my dish introduce yourself to my other tv in the room but in a minute whenever i change the direct on my living room it changes also at the room and i cant tweaking channels theyre is theyre anyway i can control it?

No, you would obligation two recievers (one for each TV) to allow independent viewing of stations on respectively TV. Dish Tv isn't like cable where on earth you can split it all over the place and hold it in every room, the signal is sent to the reciever which decode the hundreds of channels at once and filter out everything but the one you have special...sorry but that is only the way it is.
NO WAY, Dish sets this up so that you must enjoy the additional beneficiary for it to work. I tried it myself, so I really know.
