Hey, theres a auction on ebay, a very nice TV beside a intermittent fault (so its particularly cheap!)- "sometimes it works, but has a intermittent fault" is the exact words, i be just wondering what that could be going to? is a definitive problem or a broad one? ive just moved into student detached house, so cant get any tv signal whats so ever, so if the problem is to do near receiving a tv signal thats no problem, i merely want it for watching dvds etc...any ideas? cheers
Answers: An intermittent scorn is the bane of any TV serviceman's time ! the fault can usually be narrowed down to a specific nouns of the set , if the fault happen every few minits then i.e. not too hard but sometimes an intermittent responsibility may only come up once a fortnight and that can drive a TV Tech to distraction !! it means hours of replacing suspect parts simply to find that the fault pops up again 3 weeks subsequently , usually just when the customer have taken delivery of the set !!. I should also mention the word " expensive " .

Intermittent denounce: think of "fault" as a "problem." You're a student, so you own or have access to a dictionary. Look up "intermittent" and you'll hold your solution. It's not a technical possession. And stay away from a TV that is already showing "problems." Modern TV technology is massively expensive to repair!
