How far of a sitting distance should a 58'' 1080i plasma be watched at?

How much feet do you need to sit to watch a 58'' plasma comfortable without getting a headache? or without seeing lines?

Answer:
I have a 60" TV and I find that sitting between 9' and 11' away is optimal for me. There are several websites that have viewing distance charts.
