may affect if its too close as the blower vibrates so does the wall and ur screen can start flickering all the time.i advise u not to do so!!
Your AC blower should not effect your LCD tv. But be carefull about the water condensing in the blower and falling on to your TV.
Like all ACs, moisture in the air is condensed when AC is cooling the air. This water is taken away from the cooling coils. If the water drains are blocked and there is chance that this water will fall on to the TV and damage it.
