Does big TV equal big electric bill and impossible cutback?
Answers: OK, here are some FACTS, rather than misinformed gibberish you will normally see on this subject:
My old 32" CRT box drew 400 watts and ran especially, very heat up (like all CRTs).
My present 37" plasma blind draws 250 watts and runs much cooler than the CRT (like all plasmas).
A 37" LCD will draw going on for 200 watts and create virtually no heat.
Now you own the FACTS, you can make a finding.
It equals small brain.
If it's big plasma then huge electric and fruitless economy. Have hear they use 3 times the electricity to run.
it's not only the electricity bill but the looking after cost which is a problem as the bigger the scream the quicker its will stop ti run properly [approximately around a year]
No it doesn't affect you electricity, but help with the gas too, we find ours is similar to having another radiator within the house they give past its sell-by date some heat, heat the lounge,.
All things being equal, the bigger your TV is, the more liquid it takes to run. You might not observe the difference, depending on how much bigger, when you have it on, etc. Also the type make a difference. Plasmas use more energy than LCDs, I enjoy heard.
If you distinguish that your television IS heat the house, then that's a pretty correct indication that it's pulling a lot of power. That fry isn't coming from magical elves living inside that big peak.
