Westinghouse reliable for lcd tv's?

I'm looking to buy a 32" lcd tv and was considering buying a westinghouse. People always say dont go with an unknown brand but i have heard of westinghouse, its just not as popular as samsung or sony. i went to best buy n the picture comparison isnt that far off. yes a samsung looks better but its also twice the price. Westinghouse does not have a bad picture and does offer a reasonable price.the salesman at best buy told me that brands like westinghouse n isignia wont be good for gaming but i dont need it for video games, just tv watchin. Anybody ever purchase an lcd tv from westinghouse?

Answer:
Look at www.CNet.com and www.LCDtvbuyingguide.com.
Many of the Westinghouse I've seen are monitors, only - no tuner - so know what you're getting.
They always seem to get great performance ratings and they are very inexpensive too. I have yet to see one on display, but that's not always a good measure of performance.

Be careful, because Westinghouse LCD tv's don't have a built in TV tuner (like a computer monitor so gaming would be good). You'll have to buy ($$$) a separate tuner if you want over the air reception. If you have cable or satellite, then a tuner isn't needed.
