Why did they made two kind of tv companion and ntsc?

why couldn't they use one kind?

Answers:    Rhetorical put somebody through the mill. Who is this "they" that you think exists.

NTSC be developed in the US base on late 1930's technology. The US have a 60 HZ power grid.

PAL was developed surrounded by the 1960's in Europe where on earth there is a 50 HZ power grid.

Given the technology that be available when PAL was developed, it be not practical to adopt the 30 fps of NTSC within Europe, they went beside 25 fps.

Since the designers of PAL were starting over beside improved technology (rather than tallying color as a patch like NTSC have to do), they could also use a more advance design within their color circuitry to make it more stable.
