What brand of a 49" LCD tv is the cheapest but good quality?

I looked at them all last christmas. even though i don't usually but off brands I bought a Olevia lcd hdtv I think they go as high as 47 inches Sharp has larger but much more espensive. The olevia had many more features and the picture was just as good and on sale it was about 1/2 the price of the others. I have a 32 and i also use it as a computer monitor. I paid under 500 on sale around Christmas time

Vizio is a good "bang for the buck" brand. They sell them at Costco.
LG is the best picture I have seen for a good price.
