Can I use a LCD TV purchased within US surrounded by India.A strip converter is needed -NTSC to PAL?
Answers: As a minimum, you will need a PAL to NTSC converter for OTA analog TV. You'll also have need of a power voltage converter. I don't know what formats are used in Indian cable systems, but that might require converting. If India have OTA HD, now or within the future, that would require conversion.
