TV Picture Problem?
Answer:
The problem is in the vertical deflection circuit, this can be
caused by a defective IC, bad electrolytic capacitors, burn
resistors or even open traces, in any case it needs to go
to a repair shop to be fixed
if you have a crt tv, then it might be a picture tube problem.now if you have black screen in the middle of the screen and the picture is in the background and appeared to be outside of that box, then try turning the closed caption off into your tv.you can do dat by accessing the menu of your tv and figure out where the caption is.another option is to reset the tv into factory setting so you will know if that is a minor problem.it'll gonna fixed if its a minor problem or else its service issue.try browsing your tv manual for resetting.hope that would help you.:-)
If you have CRT Tv then the problem is definitely NOT the CRT. Stand in the corner Kratoz !
