Built-in HDTV tuners and DirecTV?

I'm about to walk with DirecTV & I'll also be buying a exotic LCD flat screen near a built-in HD tuner already with the TV. Do I still entail to get one of thos HD tuner/receiver boxes from DirecTV?

QAM-for acceptance unencrypted digital cable (non-premium channels) without a cable box.
NTSC-for delivery Over The Air (OTA) analog TV from an antenna, or analog cable TV, without a cable box.
ATSC-for unloading OTA digital TV from an antenna.
You'll notice that none of them are used near satellite-this is because you must use a satellite receiver for respectively TV-so for satellite, you need no tuners.
Over the energy of the TV you may decide to revise the source of your TV, so you should consider getting tuners anyway.
