DirecTV Help?

I was looking into the CHOICE bunch from DirecTV, and I found that, unlike Dish Network's Top 100 Plus, it has adjectives the channels I want and more. I be about to stir for it, but then I found a problem. I hold six TVs (one of which is HD) and the lease fee for the receiver is an extra $24.95 a month. I was wondering if I could buy my own receiver (I know it will cost a lot) and use them instead so I don't have to pay packet an extra $25. I will need one HD heir and five standard receivers.

So my quiz is, can I do this, and if I can, which receivers can I procure?

Answers:    no, that fee stands, regardless of lease or owned status of receivers. Instead of charging you multiple times for the programming for respectively receiver they solitary charge the $4.99. Technically, the name for the levy is a MIRRORING fee.

the with the sole purpose real difference that an owned addressee will get you is that you won't hold a commitment.
I had service near Direct TV and I hated it. I other has trouble when it rain or was squally. We have have Dish now for six years beside no problems. But if you want to try it Best Buy or local companies will have the receiver to buy but they will run you about $200.00 respectively. That sounds like too much to me. But you could try to go through the want ads to see if someone is selling their receiver cheaper.
Question-Why do you have a lease tax of $24.95? I got my receiver from Dish and do not pay a dime for them. Maybe you can ring them and get that waive or something. I have found that they (Dish) give you better deals if you update them you are going to switch to someone else. Good Luck!
