I just bought a beko 26'' Lcd tv,i bought it 370 pounds.actually thinkin if it's a good product..pls advice...
Answer:
all produsts come with a 1yr warranty ( this is a uk minimum law). Beko are a turkish make!!.
Great in white goods, and thats about it. i would return the tv, slap the person who sold it to you and ran as fast as your legs will carry you to the nearest tv shop, comet, currys etc, with poeple who know what they are taking about.

Only a one year warranty? I'd be surprised if it lasts one week. Yes, take it back. Spend a little bit more and get one with a 5 year guarantee from John Lewis. They don't sell Bekos btw ...
Unfortunately, Beko is on the "Cheap 'n' Nasty" list of home electronics. They are cheap because they are built with cheap (i.e. poor quality) components...
Remember, "Buy cheap, buy twice".
erm another person who's doing the same, return it!
for a few basic reasons. first of all beko, are not really great at making tv's and the picture quality isnt that great compared to the big names
second, is it Hd ?
if it's HD the ratio is going to be a small one, so in the near future you will need to replace it with a higher definition if you have a PS3 , GAYBOX 360 or other HD products
all of these prefer normally the higher definition and refresh rates
not all bargins are good ones
and I personally would do a lot or research before I buy one, as well with 3 different resolutions following 3 differnet refresh rates, the whole thing is still stupid as there's no clear definition on what is the standard
remember VHS and BETAMAX or AMIGA's and ATARI ST's
both the latter were the better both lost to the others
until there's clear definition on what will be broadcasted, played or you having gaming systems I wouldnt have got it yet
hope this helps

p.s. Nearly all TV's have 3-5 yr warrenties now
Stick to Sony or equivalent price range,HD ready and you are all set for nearly 10 years of trouble free viewing.Buy cheap and you will regret it
Beko are actually an excellent budget option. I work for a high-end electrical retailer, and we started stocking these last year. So far we have had *no* returns, which is pretty much unheard of for a lower-ranked manufacturer.
I always advise people to buy an extended warranty, although for a £370 TV it might not be worth it. Most retailers will let you extend your warranty to 3 or 5 years if you do it within 3 months of purchase, so it's worthwhile getting a quote.
