There's not a integral lot you can do except try what the first post recommended. However, your options are going to be set in an apartment for comprehensible reasons.
Try repositioning it elsewhere contained by the apartment if that's possible. Put it against a wall that doesn't have another room on the other side.
resourcefully it is an Apt so my idea's may not work.

If you are on the second floor or higher, the bass go right through the floor....get the speakers sour the floor -- and even insulated on some thick foam rubber.
If you are on the first floor, maintain the speakers away from the walls a bit and keep the bass down - the bass penetrates more than the mid & complex frequencies.
turn the bass down, or if ur tv has nouns equalizer or stablizer then see it.
