I freshly bought a 19" LCD Samsung TV. It keep breaking up, adjectives out and proverb undersized signal.?

It's not as good or expensive as a rooftop antenna, but it kick the crap out of the old rabbit ears! Powered antennas typically are 3-4 times stronger than the old-style antenna. I recommend going to Wal-Mart and picking up the Phillips or RCA brand. You should be capable of get it for lower than $40.
If you have for a time more money to spend, look for the Terk or Terrestrial brand. They have powered antennas range from $50 all the path up to $300, using unique designs that if truth be told make a polite conversational piece! You may have to shop online for one, but check BestBuy or Circuit City first.
Getting a clad one will be sure to fix the problem. It's definitely not the TV's reprimand.

I hold a sansung 20in lcd, and its great. Samsung is one of the leading manufacture of displayes.
I suggest you return the TV for a new one at the store, if you deduce it is the TV. But chances are its your antenna. You can buy a nice amplified one for $100 or smaller amount. Also if you have a fanlight facing south, maybe you can carry satalite instead of cable... It is cheaper in lots places and works just as economically these days.
Have you talk to your apartment management and checked near them about a MASTER ANTENNA?? It get the signal into ALL the apartments...
IF they don't have a MASTER antenna, ask if you can setup a Direct TV or Dish Network
Cable isn't the greatest, but better than nil.....
Don't know what city you live in or what other objects might be obstruct your reception but your choice was a rounded, fuzzzy picture with staticky nouns. or low sound and occasional cut-offs. Neither one be good.
That's the intention cable tv was invented. Basic service (I be determined the very basic) will confer you your channels contained by good reception, along beside a few you couldn't get formerly.
As for taking the TV back, you can if you don't want to keep watch on TV because none of the others are going to be much better.
