Answers:    Let's see, my crystal bubble says you hold a Samsung SyncMaster 245BW LCD Monitor that only have DVI & VGA inputs, and you want to use a VCR with solely a RF only output as a TV tuner.

There is no practical road to do this. To use your 245BW as a TV, you will need to go and get a TV tuner that has a VGA, DVI, or HDMI output.

Some option:

1. They do make tuners specifically for this purpose next to VGA outputs.

2. You could get a HDTV tuner near a vga or HDMI output (the conversion from HDMI to DVI is a simple adapter)

3. You could put a PC tuner card/usb stick in a computer and use it as a tuner.

4. There are some DVD recorder with a HDMI output
