I have a tv with built in freeview, can i use a topup tv box with this?

depends if it has a cam slot. if it has then just buy a cam card around £20. place the top-up card in cam card then into slot.

Yes. If the TV has built in Freeview it is new enough to guarantee it has a Scart socket. You can plug another digibox (one which is Topup compatible) into this scart socket.
