If we don't own access to cable or satellite, but want to capture a modern little TV, what are the option?

i need to replace a greatly old TV at my parents house (in the guest room---MINE!), but here is no cable in that room or satellite. Is in attendance any basic little (under 19") that I could buy and know how to at least go and get network stations??

Answers:    I assume that you can bring a reasonable signal next to an antenna, otherwise you would have nil to watch.

It's simply a matter of how much you want to spend.

The Walmart website have models ranging from $95 to $258.

These adjectives included digital tuners.

Used CRT type TVs sell for incredibly little money these days. You should know how to find one for $10 or so. If you go this route you will entail to spend another $20 (after Jan 2008) or so on a digital tuner box to keep using it after 2/17/09.
