I be wondering if any 1 might know what is wrong next to my tv. It have be shutting itself bad.?

It has be shutting itself off for a couple of months & when I turned it bad it came right stern on. Now the problem has gotten worse. Now it be shutting off every few hours & it would turn its self wager on on when I unplugged it & plugged it back surrounded by. Now my tv wont even come on. As soon as you turn it on it shuts itself right back sour & the red light starts blinking. Please minister to if anyone might know what could be causing this problem. Thank You.....


Answers:    sounds resembling the sleep timer programming might be messed up. Most electronic TV controls have a sleep timer you can set for 1, 2 or more hours where on earth If you fall asleep it will auto turn rotten

the IC that controls the power on/off is probably dead.

if you can win ahold of a decent schematic you could probably find which chip it is but you probably would not be capable of buy it yourself.............

if the tv is old afterwards buy a new one. it will probably be in the region of the same price as paying somebody to fix it for you.
if u enjoy something sitting on it such as a cloth or towel or something then ur blocking the vent and causing it to steam up and eventually shut off every immediately and then. otherwise the merely thing i can consider of is ur cathode tube must be busted.
