Well I turned on my tv to watch Scrubs my favorite show and my tv aperantly only has 1 volume now and thats super super loud even at 1 volume. I cleaned out my front audio port with a Q-tip and I just tried my tv now and it seems that as soon as I turn it up from 0 to 1 it is blasting right away and usualy I need to have it at about 25 or 30. So please please any help would be great.

You failed to note if you are using a surround sound system or a digital box. Are there any other peripherals connected? sound system, digital converter, VCR, DVD player?
Check the cable box volume, if that is maxed out, turning up the volume on the TV will cause it to be very loud.
You don't tell us what brand your TV is, nor it's age. RCA has an issue with the audio, where you just unplug the AC power for a few minutes to reset the main computer, then plug it back in. That straightens it up for a while. That's a software issue, and apparently they don't intend to fix it. I have not been made aware of a fix for that. That's just one issue. If it's not RCA or GE, your trouble might be elsewhere. Maybe a stuck volume up button, or the same on the remote.
