Which HD TV works best next to a PlayStation 3?

I am going to be purchasing a PS3 and a HD TV to play it on in a few weeks I hold a budget for the TV of EUR600 (lb400, $650).

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a TV that will pass me the best HD picture quality inside my budget.
Help from people using a HD Tv and a PS3 would be appreciated.
