Why can I never get the channel TV2 in focus on my TV?

you may be too far away for the signal to reach. i don´t think its your TV. i have seen some channels come in clear most of the time and all of a sudden one certain program comes on and it goes blurry or fuzzy.
i have found out, that some times broad casts are done in different locations, that may have some thing to do with it.
dont know where you live,but have some choices you may check.if your on dish,could be adjustment,if using roof antenna make sure no corrosion on connections to antenna.if cable it could be your cable box .id ask your neighbors,how there reception is.but it could be channels(station) out put.hope iv'e helped.
Get a handyman to come and take a look, it may just be where you live or it could be your set.
