How do I watch tv without receiver.?
Answer:
Assuming that you have cable, you can use a splitter and
the run coax cable to your room. The Receiver is not really
needed to receive the cable information but is needed to
get premium channels, other than that just attach the cable
that you ran to the back of your TV, make sure that it is
set to CATV or Cable instead of Antenna or Air, if improperly
set (ie on Antenna) you will only get channels 2-13, CATV
will give you everything that is available on cable except
the premium channels.
Are you talking about a cable or satellite receiver? If you are then you can connect them to the second tv with a splitter. You would have to watch the same things on both tvs though.
Most tvs have a built in receiver. You should be able to watch local channels with an antenna.
