I have a Panasonic Projection TV and all of a sudden everything has a blue shadow and blurry picture.?

I tried to adjust the convergence on the set with blue and red and green but the blue shadow still remains and makes the picture very blurry and almost unwatchable! Could this be a picture tube issue or projector issue? This happened all at once! thanks!

Answer:
Does the picture look like a double image with a solid color edge on the picture? Kinda looks 3D, IF so you have a convergence problem and it is repairable.

Those repair generally cost from $210-$450
I would love to know! I have a 5 year old TV that was given to us when we moved into our apartment and it is also a Projection TV (not sure of the brand - my boyfriend would know better) but it has a green glow on everything! Its horrible to watch anything, you can barely make out people's faces when its darker on the screen, but because it is a larger TV we would love to know if there is a way to fix it instead of tossing it, but we have tried everything, messing with the tint, color etc. nothing works! so if you ever find out I would love to know, sorry I couldn't help though
