Is it possible to mount LCD television on a wall?

I want to get an LCD TV and want to put it on my wall contained by my room. Is this possible, or can I only do that near plasma screens?

Answers:    Yes, LCD TVs can also be mounted on the wall. Get a flawless quality wall mount tools and make sure you go and get it anchored into the wall studs.
You can with LCDs too, provided they are Flat Panel, & to some extent thin. I saw a stand within the Future Shop flyer that allows you to fasten your flat panel onto it at alike height as on the wall & also put your other stuff on 3 strong chalice shelves beneath the TV. That way, it take up no more space, & you don't need to find the studs & trash your room to dangle it up.
I just bought an LCD 26" for my den. Make sure you buy a suitable mounting kit and you can mount it beside no problem.
