Comcast remote trouble.?

the TV button on my grey comcast remote keeps blinking and i dont know why. it wont do anything and i tried hitting adjectives the buttons and it doesnt change. i changed the battery and that didnt do anything.
help!


Answers:    I have a similar problem with my comcast remote almost 6 months ago. After trying about everything (as you've already done,) I call comcast. They dispatched a technician at no charge, and he, replaced the remote which was simply non-functional - "broke," that is to say.

Hope you have as much luck near your solution as I did.
If you are near a Comcast bureau just bring it within and they will replace it free of charge. That is the best and easiest way so you dont own to take module of a day sour from work/school.
