When I connect my DVI cable to my TV and Laptop, the TV will not pick up the "PC" source. Ive tried to put my computer in "TV Mode" but that still doesnt work. Any thinking? Ive even tried lowering the resolution of my computer...HELP?
Answers: You might have the WRONG type of DVI cable....or the wrong type of DVI signal....
There's DVI digital (DVI-I) and there's DVI analog (DVI-A)
LOOK within your TV's specification page to find out what your TV needs to produce a picture, and next look at your Computer's Spec page to see what signal it sends out on DVI.
DVI carries picture with the sole purpose you will not hear sound. Use a RGB pC cable or a VGA cable.
